We’ll in the next post continue with how exactly to be/become the living expression of/as Patience – with changing one’s relationship in moments from the quantum time movement of the Mind/Consciousness, to space and time movement of/as the Physical Body. How, from here – the self/living expression of Patience will emerge.

Now, the ‘trick’ is to essentially be able to exist in quantum time and physical space-time simultaneously – where quantum time and physical space-time exist in equilibrium as our beingness and physical body relationship exist in equilibrium. What do I mean by this?

Our Mind and Beingness exist within ‘quantum time dimensions’, our physical body exist within this space-time dimension. We already exist in multiple-dimensions simultaneously. It is obvious that our Mind/Consciousness exist in a different dimension – given the fact that, for example, our Imagination – when we imagine/fantasize, it does not ‘materialize’ into physical matter, yet it does ‘materialize’ within a different substance / dimension within our physical bodies, within this physical dimension. While we are imagining / fantasizing – we’re simultaneously participating in ‘quantum time’ and ‘physical space-time’, because a part of ourselves is in the physical body breathing, ‘relatively aware’ of our environment and another part of ourselves is in the imagination / fantasy – where the imagination / fantasy moves / play outs quite fast, much faster than the space-time it would take if one were to live it out in physical reality. At the moment, our Mind and Beingness – existing within a ‘quantum time dimension’ is not in equilibrium with our Physical Body existing within a space-time dimension. Why and how is this equilibrium not existing and what are the consequences of this?

Throughout the history of human civilization – the ‘human consciousness’ has been attempting to ‘ascend’ / ‘travel’ into the ‘multitude of dimensions that the Mind / Consciousness’ consist of. Never realising how the dimensions of the Mind / Consciousness is made up of ENERGY – with this energy resourced from physical matter / the substance of/as the physical body. The physical body itself consist of a multitude of dimensions – but, the physical body’s dimensions have not yet been explored by humans, because you cannot get access into the physical body’s dimensions via Consciousness. You can only get access into the physical body’s dimensions via your Beingness. What does this mean?
At the moment, the human’s beingness is channelled into the Mind / Consciousness SYSTEM – this SYSTEM that can only exist by resourcing its existence as energy from/of the substance of the Physical, with this substance existing in a deep dimension within the Physical Body / this Physical Existence. So, now one can understand why one cannot reach the depth of the dimensions existent in the Physical Body through Consciousness / the Mind as it use / abuse the physical body / it’s substance / physical dimensions and change / transforms it into/as energy to essentially create the ‘energized’ imaginations / fantasies and thoughts we have in our Conscious / Subconscious Mind, for example. What I mean by ‘energized’ is how everything we participate in within the Conscious / Subconscious Mind has an emotional / feeling ‘charge’ to it, either a ‘positive / negative’ connotation and this is the primary function of Consciousness: to keep us separate from the Physical Body / Physical Substance and the dimensions within this physical existence, so that it can be resourced to produce emotional / feeling energy to charge the constructs / systems of the Mind and to charge the multiple dimensions of the quantum time reality we exist within in the Mind / Consciousness System.
Therefore, human beings have No Awareness in the Physical Body / this Physical Existence and are completely separated from it – distracted ONLY into the quantum time reality of the Mind / Consciousness. So, our Mind-Beingness relationship – now in separation from the Physical Body / this Physical Dimension cannot exist / co-exist in the Physical Body in and as the space-time dimension(s) that are HERE, because we’re in a conflict with our own Bodies in and as multiple dimensions / ways. The consequence of this – we’ll continue with in the next post. Also explaining the process of equalizing the quantum time of our Beingness with the space-time of the Physical and how Patience and the living of this word plays a role within this all.

So, this ‘movement’ of the mind, the body and also physical reality is important to note as we continue in the next post with how self-movement with breath/physical movement will assist and support with the self/living expression understanding of Patience in one’s personal process and so eventually in other’s processes. To so not get caught up in Time in the Mind with reactions of Patience / Impatience, but become the self/living expression of Patience that will in fact empower oneself to become the directive principle of oneself and one’s world instead of a victim to Time and one’s reactions to/towards it.

If one have a look at how the Mind moves – it is erratic, chaotic and unpredictable when observing thoughts and emotions that we deal with on a moment-to-moment basis throughout the day. If one had not yet observed one’s thoughts and emotions (what generally goes on in the Mind throughout the day) – I would suggest do so. Taking a day and see for oneself how one can be from one moment to the next: how often one change based on what thoughts and reactions (emotions and feelings) gets activated within oneself. See, the mind ‘moves’ so fast – the human awareness does not realise that it is thoughts / reactions on various levels/dimensions of our consciousness that FIRST ACTIVATES and THEN one participate / change / act. (One can understand more about the relationship between awareness, consciousness and the physical body in the Quantum Mind Self Awareness Series with seeing, realising and understanding for self how the Mind/Consciousness control our awareness).
Whereas with the Physical Body / this Physical Reality – movement is constant, stable and predictable; and within this movement there is an deep silence, yet an all-encompassing awareness of everything that constitutes the physical body / this physical reality if/as one would stand equal to and one with what is physical. With standing with one’s Awareness equal to and one with the Physical – one’s awareness becomes the directive principle, through decisions. Meaning, instead of one’s awareness always reacting to the Mind based on how the Mind automatically activates that then determines how one think / feel / act – the equation change to one’s awareness DIRECTING through first assessing the moment and everything/everyone within it in equality and oneness, making a decision with awareness and only then acting.

Now, there are two different realities at play here: the Mind Reality and the Physical Reality. The Mind Reality moves in ‘quantum time’ and the Physical Reality moves in space and time. The Mind Reality ‘quantum time movement’ is measured by energy and the Physical Reality space-time movement is measured by breath. Dependent on how much energy (emotions/feelings) you access/generate – depends on how fast / slow the Mind will move. Dependent on how slow / fast you breathe – depends on how slow / fast the general condition of the body moves. One can essentially liken the Mind’s movement as a lightning storm in the head-region of human beings and the Physical Body’s movement as a river-movement within itself and also within physical reality. So, one can imagine how the Lightning Storm of the Mind can ‘unsettle the waters’ in the Physical Body / this Physical Reality – which is what we do to ourselves most of the time, because our Awareness is participating / possessed in/as the Lightning Storm of the Mind instead of moving with and as the rivers of/as Physical space-time movement in physical reality.
This in itself is quite a fascinating point, because: we have our Awareness, Mind and Body. Now, this trinity exists in a ‘closed system’ as the physical body and we’re creating our relationship between the Mind and the Body with our Awareness – our acceptance and allowance of participating in and existing as the Mind in separation from the Physical. When one walk process and slow down with breath / physical movement – one will see for oneself how the thought comes up first, how the emotion comes up first that one’s awareness then ‘follow’ and ‘become’ and so live out the thought/emotion. With process, one can as the thought comes / as the emotion comes: already stop participation, stop oneself from automatically following’ the thought and emotion and CHANGE who / how one is in a moment. Therefore, because of this relationship of our awareness ‘following the Mind/pre-programmed Consciousness’ – we’re deliberately, in a way, moving into and as the lightning storms of the Mind/Consciousness, constantly and continuously ‘disturbing the waters of/as the physical body’ / ‘the stable substance of/as the physical body’. Everyone always ‘looking for / searching for peace, calm and stability’ – not seeing, realising and understanding that it cannot be found in the Mind / Consciousness ‘quantum time energy lightning storms’ – but only in/as equality and oneness with and as the physical body.

In the next post, we’ll continue with practical examples to understand the HERE, to understand the MOVEMENT of the Mind and the Body, to understand what it means to stand equal to and one with Time and Sequences of Events and finally to understand what PATIENCE in fact is within it all.

So, to understand how the Mind and the Physical Body MOVES and how we MOVE within the Mind-Body relationship – we’re going to have a look at the equation “Movement = Sequences of Events = Time” that we discussed in the previous post; as this is the equation that defines the HERE.

In and as the HERE, one stand equal-to and one-with how the Mind moves, how the Mind and the Body moves and can so to a certain degree predict how an individual’s life will move in the future based-on their starting point in the Mind and the Body and how decisions are made and lived to perpetuate movement in their life/living experience.
So, one can essentially say that the HERE is having access to / standing equal to and one with everything and all that moves constantly and continuously within and as this existence. Obviously, to stand within and as such a point and the responsibility that goes with it – is an extensive process of in fact standing equal to and one with the Mind, the physical body, all the dimensions that constitute the mind and this physical existence – it’s a stance of ABSOLUTE equality and oneness with all and everything that is here as self. This ABSOLUTE point I am mentioning here is where we’re looking at the point of PATIENCE from an ABSOLUTE point – where Patience in/as such a stand is an UNDERSTANDING of how things move in ALL dimensions. In such a stand of equality and oneness, comes the responsibility of knowing when to intervene / assist and support an individual in their process, when to step back, when to ‘wait’ for things to first play-out / move before one can step in/intervene which is where ‘Patience’ in this absolute sense comes in – a ‘waiting for things to first move / play out before one can step in/assist and support’. But again: this Patience / Waiting is not a REACTION – it is an UNDERSTANDING that “I have to wait before I can step in / assist and support”, for example.  
I will in posts to come go more in-depth into/as such an ABSOLUTE point of Patience / Waiting and the Understanding of movement of the Mind, the Body and the multi-dimensions of the mind and physical reality. I for the moment prepared the way so that one can have some context in relation to REAL Patience / Waiting when it comes to standing equal to and one with how the mind and reality in fact exists, which is as MOVEMENT.

Now, let’s take it through to our personal processes and how we can assist and support ourselves with living Patience as we walk through our own Mind process and Physical process to stand equal to and one with ourselves as the Mind and the Body: Let’s first understand the Mind’s MOVEMENT. If one have a look at thoughts – when one is thinking about something/someone and at the same time, reactions come up within oneself: one will find that one can ‘measure’ the amount of time one spends thinking / reacting and/or can measure the time it takes for the energy / thought to initially come up and then become more intense. However, if you have a look at thoughts – or even memories coming up in the mind and so also energy: it MOVES. It has a movement / flow to it as it enters your Conscious Mind and the energy rises up from your solar plexus.
Similar to the Mind – all parts of the physical body, from the big to the small, exists within this principle of movement that can be measured by time. It is this movement in the Mind and the Body and also with everything else in the outside world that we have ‘missed’ when it comes to “Time in the Mind” and when one shift out of physical reality / the physical body and only assess this world / reality through “Time in the Mind”.
All of this may seem ‘obvious’ now, but the question is – how often have you considered how thoughts / memories and emotional / feeling energy moves? How much more do we directly participate in thoughts /memories and emotions/feelings as well as TIME in relation to our external world / reality as defined within and as the Mind?

So, this ‘movement’ of the mind, the body and also physical reality is important to note as we continue in the next post with how self-movement with breath/physical movement will assist and support with the self/living expression understanding of Patience in one’s personal process and so eventually in other’s processes. Here and example of how one’s relationship to emotional/feeling reactions brings forth self-expression and living-expression within oneself and one’s world – all of which brings us to the most important question within this all: What is Patience then, if not an feeling-reaction as part of the Mind/Consciousness? How do we change who we are in relationship to this word from a feeling-reaction of Consciousness, to a Self/Living Expression in the Physical?

Walking through the emotional and feeling reactions of Impatience / Patience towards Time and Sequences of Events – we discovered the self-expression of self-empowerment in relation to Time and Sequences of Events, as well as the living-expression of self-direction where one has the power to direct oneself in relation to Time and Sequences of Events. No Reactions needed.

Let’s in this post explore what Patience is as a Self and Living Expression:
Patience is the embracing of all time and of all sequences of events. Patience is standing equal to and one with all time and all sequences of events. Patience is to be HERE. Patience is a stand within and as oneself where one knows when one has to step back, wait and when one has to act. Patience is to know when to let something / someone go for a moment / a while and when to hold on. Patience is a stand within and as oneself, where – despite not knowing what the outcomes may be: one continue walking / standing here, because of the trust within oneself that with every moment of walking / applying / standing and changing oneself/the moment within the principle of what’s best for all – this will come to manifest as oneself.

What we’re looking at here is the following:
The positive feeling reaction of Patience, has been connected to ‘man-made Time’ (seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years etc.) ‘Man-made Time’ is more a mental interpretation of sequences of events of reality and with there existing a positive feeling energy in relation to Time in the MIND – as the mind/consciousness operate / function, it has to maintain a balance when it comes to polarity. Meaning, because there is a positive feeling energy – there has to exist a negative emotional energy, which is where Impatience comes in. So, the purpose for the existence of Impatience was to balance the positive feeling reaction of Patience in the Mind. (How the Mind works with Positive and Negative feeling and emotional energy – is walked in detail within the Quantum Mind Self Awareness Interview Series)
Patience as a Self/Living Expression – is related to the HERE. HERE being the stand in one’s physical body where one has access to the quantum multi-dimensions of the Mind and the Physical and can within this relationship: access all ‘time-frames and play-outs’ in REALITY as the sequences of events that flow from our Mind-Physical relationship. It’s where one stand in equality and oneness with and as how the Mind moves in reality and how the physical moves in reality.

See: if we ONLY exist in the Mind, in a positive / negative relationship to ‘man-made Time’ – then we can only see such a time-frame in reality and so also only assess sequences of events / play-outs within ‘man-made Time’. Whereas, if we’re in equality and oneness with and as the Mind and the Physical, standing HERE with the Mind and the Body: we have access to seeing ‘all time-frames’ – how the Mind moves and the Body moves. Now, to explain this more practically – have a look at the following:
The Mind MOVES, the Body MOVES – it is in constant perpetual motion. It is this MOVEMENT of the Mind and the Body, individually and together that human beings in the Conscious/Subconscious Mind (that are stuck in a relationship to ‘man-made Time’) don’t have access to. When you’re standing in/as the HERE – you have access to this ‘movement’ of the Mind and Body individually and together and can from there relatively assess/determine the outflows / play-outs of sequences of events in reality and from there – equate it into ‘man-made Time’. The equation looks as follows:
Movement = Sequences of Events = Time

With one’s starting point being ‘the HERE’ – one then see how things REALLY move, come into creation / materialize into physical reality to manifest sequences of events that one can then equate into Time. See, as mentioned in the previous posts – we’ve always lived in reverse. We’ve looked at physical reality in/as the tunnel-vision time-frame of TIME only, when the mind and physical reality is not functioning in relation to Time at all – but MOVEMENT. With having access to this MOVEMENT, with understanding this MOVEMENT – one can understand what the HERE is, what PATIENCE is, in fact as a Living/Self Expression.
